Hello!

I’m Veronica Cordova, a certified health coach, gym owner and founder of Train With Vee.

I've been where you're at and know the struggles women face when trying to achieve deep health.

I've gone through my own personal health journey and learned a lot along the way.

I’ve been in the business of helping women discover the joys of a healthy lifestyle since 2018. I've had the opportunity to work with some amazing women both in-person and online, just like you.

I truly believe that you shouldn't dread your health journey, but so many women do.

The truth for most women I've worked with is that it's difficult for them to cut through all the noise and find a fitness program, nutrition plan, motivation and consistency to maintain a healthy body and mind.

My in-person and online programs have given women food freedom, fitness plans, combined with an inspiring community that activates and empowers them with everything they need to lose the weight and feel confident, attractive and energetic again.
